Whether the Vienna Opera Ball, a gala in the Hofburg or a premiere: at evening events, the right arrival time, a chauffeur waiting nearby and a pick-up without searching are what count. For high-profile guests we choose pick-up points away from the main entrance on request and coordinate the schedule with organiser and security team.
For VIP rides we recommend the Mercedes S-Class, for accompanying persons and staff the E-Class or V-Class. For longer assignments you can book the chauffeur by the hour or for a full day.

Do you provide close protection?
No. We do not provide close protection ourselves. We provide vehicle and chauffeur and work closely with your security service or the relevant authorities.
How do you work with the security team?
Before the assignment we agree routes, time slots, pick-up and drop-off points with your security team. During the ride our chauffeur or dispatch stays in contact with the operations lead.
Can you handle delegations with several vehicles?
Yes. We provide several vehicles in a coordinated schedule: S-Class for the head of delegation, E or V-Class for staff, with one contact person in dispatch.
Can I book a chauffeur for the Opera Ball or a gala?
Yes. You book the chauffeur by the hour for the whole evening. We plan arrival time, waiting time and pick-up after the event. For evenings like the Opera Ball we recommend booking early.
Do private individuals also book a VIP chauffeur?
Yes. Private individuals book us for balls, premieres, weddings, private celebrations or trips where discretion matters. Payment by card, cash or in advance by bank transfer.
How discreet are your chauffeurs?
Our chauffeurs are bound to confidentiality. Names, schedule and conversations of your guests remain confidential; on request we invoice your company or organisation.
