How many people can you move at the same time?
That depends on your programme. A coach seats 50+ people, a Sprinter up to 19, a V-Class up to 7. For larger groups we combine several vehicles and schedule the rides, including large events with several hundred participants. Tell us the number of guests, locations and times, and you receive a concrete vehicle plan at a fixed price.
How is the shuttle frequency planned?
Based on your programme: we calculate travel times between hotels and venue, set departure times and deploy enough vehicles to avoid long waits.
Is there a contact person on site?
Yes. At larger events an on-site dispatcher coordinates the vehicles. Before and after, you have one dedicated contact person.
How is it invoiced?
You receive a fixed-price quote in advance and, after the event, an invoice to your company or agency with a list of rides. Private clients pay in advance by bank transfer or credit card.

Do you also organise shuttles for private celebrations?
Yes. For weddings, anniversaries and large family celebrations we take your guests between hotels, ceremony and venue, with a fixed schedule and return rides in the evening.
