How much does a chauffeur per hour cost in Vienna?
A chauffeur in Vienna costs from € 70 per hour with the E-Class, from € 100 with the V-Class and from € 130 with the S-Class, vehicle, tolls and fuel included. The minimum booking is 2 hours. Full days (10 hours) start at € 650, multi-day bookings and long-distance rides are quoted at a fixed price. Corporate clients pay by invoice, monthly on request, private clients by card or cash. Yes, from 2 hours. The hourly rate starts at € 70 (E-Class), € 100 (V-Class) and € 130 (S-Class). Vehicle, chauffeur, tolls and fuel for the booked time are included, as is waiting time between your appointments. Water is on board. Fixed day rates apply for a full day (10 hours).
Is there a monthly consolidated invoice for law firms and companies?
Yes. With a corporate account you receive all rides of a month on one invoice, broken down by passenger and cost centre on request. Payment terms by agreement.
How short-notice can I book a chauffeur?
We are available around the clock. In Vienna we can often provide a vehicle within 60–90 minutes. For planned appointments we recommend booking at least one day in advance.
Do you also handle delegations and larger groups?
Yes. For delegations we provide several vehicles with a coordinated schedule and work with protocol and security teams. Groups travel in the V-Class (up to 7 people), in a Sprinter or a coach.
