Do you work with event agencies and DMCs?
Yes. We handle chauffeur and shuttle rides in Vienna for agencies, DMCs and hotels, from a single VIP transfer to a congress shuttle with several vehicles. You have one dedicated contact person, ideally as part of an ongoing cooperation.
Can your chauffeurs appear on behalf of our client?
Yes. For white-label pick-ups the chauffeur greets your guests with the name sign of your client or agency. The vehicles carry no advertising.
What group sizes can you handle?
From individuals in the E or S-Class to teams in the V-Class (up to 7 people), Sprinters (up to 19 people) and coaches for 50+ people. For large assignments we combine several vehicles.
What happens if the programme changes at short notice?
We are available around the clock and adjust times, pick-up points and passenger numbers as needed. For larger assignments an on-site dispatcher coordinates the vehicles.
How do you invoice agencies?
By invoice to your agency, per project or as a monthly consolidated invoice. You receive prices in advance as a fixed-price quote.
Do you offer ongoing cooperation or a framework agreement?
Yes. For travel agencies, agencies and DMCs with regular projects we agree an ongoing cooperation with a fixed contact, agreed procedures and a monthly consolidated invoice. Terms and scope are agreed individually.
