Chauffeur service for hotel guests in Vienna

Your guests expect the airport pick-up, the evening at the opera or the trip to the Wachau to simply work. We handle these rides for your hotel, with Mercedes-Benz E, V and S-Class cars from our own fleet and our own coaches for groups.

Concierge and reception have one fixed contact and can reach us around the clock, also at short notice. You receive a fixed price in advance that you can quote to your guest. Billing is either directly with the guest or consolidated through your hotel.

Airport pick-up

Pick-up at Vienna Airport (VIE) with your guest’s or hotel’s name sign, flight monitoring and 60 minutes of waiting time included.

Chauffeur by the hour

V-Class, Sprinter and coach for conference guests, tour groups and wedding parties, also with shuttle schedules.

VIP guests

S-Class with a discreet chauffeur, coordinated with the guest’s security team on request. See Security Management.

Door to door to Bratislava, Budapest, Prague, Munich, Salzburg and across Austria, at a fixed price.

Events at your hotel

How much is a chauffeur for hotel guests in Vienna?

A chauffeur for hotel guests costs from € 70 per hour (E-Class), from € 100 (V-Class) or from € 130 (S-Class), and airport transfers start at the same amount. All prices include tolls and fuel. Hourly bookings from 2 hours, transfers between VIE and the city centre at a fixed price. Prices as of October 2026.

How a guest ride works

    Concierge or reception send us the guest’s name, time, pick-up point and destination by phone, WhatsApp or email.

    You receive the fixed price and the confirmation, usually within 30 minutes.

    Ride & billing

    The chauffeur collects the guest on time. Billing is with the guest or consolidated through your hotel.

FAQ for Hotels

How quickly can you provide a vehicle for hotel guests?
We are available around the clock. In Vienna we can often provide a vehicle within 60 to 90 minutes. For planned rides we recommend booking the day before.
Can the guest pay the chauffeur directly?
Yes. The guest pays by credit card, debit card or cash. Alternatively we bill all rides monthly through your hotel.
Is there a consolidated invoice for hotels?
Yes. With an ongoing cooperation you receive all rides of a month on one invoice, broken down by guest or room on request.
Do you pick guests up with our hotel’s name sign?
Yes. The chauffeur meets the guest at the airport with the guest’s name, and with your hotel’s name on request.
Do you also drive groups and conference guests?
Yes. With V-Class, our own Sprinters and coaches we drive groups of 8 to 50+ people, and several vehicles for larger events.
What is included in the price?
Vehicle, chauffeur, tolls and fuel. Airport pick-ups include flight monitoring and 60 minutes of waiting time after landing.
