The V-Class in detail
The Mercedes-Benz V-Class is our van for small groups in Vienna: up to 7 passengers and 8 suitcases, without compromising on comfort or legroom.
With conference seating (seats facing each other) you can hold meetings on the move. That makes the V-Class the first choice for delegations, roadshows, teams heading to the airport and event shuttles with a few guests. Prices: from € 100 per hour (minimum 2 hours), transfer between Vienna Airport (VIE) and the city centre from € 100 fixed price, day rate € 850 for 10 hours.

How many passengers and suitcases fit in the V-Class?
Up to 7 passengers with 8 suitcases. For larger groups we combine several V-Classes or use Sprinters and coaches.
How much does the V-Class with chauffeur cost in Vienna?
From € 100 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, Vienna Airport (VIE) ↔ city centre from € 100 at a fixed price, full day (10 h) € 850. You receive a binding fixed-price offer before the ride.
How long does the chauffeur wait at the airport?
60 minutes after landing are included. We monitor your flight; if it is delayed, the chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time at no extra cost.
Can the ride be invoiced to my company?
Yes. The invoice is issued to your company. With a corporate account you receive all rides of a month on one consolidated invoice, itemised by passenger and cost centre on request.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request, from baby seats to boosters. Please state the children's ages in your request.
How short-notice can I book?
We are available around the clock. In Vienna we can often provide a vehicle within 60–90 minutes. For planned appointments we recommend booking at least one day in advance.
