The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is our car for meetings, roadshows and private rides in Vienna. It is understated, comfortable and economical.
Up to 3 passengers sit comfortably, and the rear is quiet enough to work or take calls. Good sound insulation and a comfortable suspension mean you arrive at your next meeting rested. The E-Class with chauffeur is available from € 70 per hour (minimum 2 hours), as a transfer between Vienna Airport (VIE) and the city centre from € 70 fixed price, and at a day rate of € 650 for 10 hours.

How many passengers and suitcases fit in the E-Class?
Up to 3 passengers with 2 suitcases and hand luggage. For more luggage or groups of up to 7 we recommend the V-Class.
How much does the E-Class with chauffeur cost in Vienna?
From € 70 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours, Vienna Airport (VIE) ↔ city centre from € 70 at a fixed price, full day (10 h) € 650. You receive a binding fixed-price offer before the ride.
How long does the chauffeur wait at the airport?
60 minutes after landing are included. We monitor your flight; if it is delayed, the chauffeur adjusts the pick-up time at no extra cost.
Can the ride be invoiced to my company?
Yes. The invoice is issued to your company. With a corporate account you receive all rides of a month on one consolidated invoice, itemised by passenger and cost centre on request.
Are child seats available?
Yes, on request, from baby seats to boosters. Please state the children's ages in your request.
How short-notice can I book?
We are available around the clock. In Vienna we can often provide a vehicle within 60–90 minutes. For planned appointments we recommend booking at least one day in advance.
